Goal.com's Starting XI column had a feature (ripped off of an earlier one in Four Four Two) on what different soccer teams would be if they were bands. DC United as Johnny Cash? Puhleeze.
Anyhow, our local boys Calexico earned a comparison to Chivas USA. Well, at least it wasn't the Galaxy. Joey Burns would be Ante Razov, John Convertino would be Jonathan Bornstein, I suppose. Jacob Valenzuela would be...um...Brad Guzan? I dunno.
How long before residents of 10th Avenue spot Joey wearing a Claudio Suarez jersey?
