Unfortunately, the crew usually worked USL games, so we don't have those lovely euphamisms for the reasons for the cards...things like "Unsporting Conduct," "Professional Foul," "Dissent" and, my favorite, "Bringing the Game Into Disrepute." John was carded for a reckless foul, and Stokes, formerly with DC United, was carded for his behavior in the resulting argy-bargy. Joseph and Edozien were carded, apparently, for menacing each other. Edozien and Joseph, it is rumored, were less than pals during Edozien's time in New England. Stokes was ejected for a violent foul against Christman.Ah, we love the beautiful game, don't we?
