My friend Prairie Rose sent me this article that was published in the Orange County Weekly a couple of years ago. It is an attempt to explain Morrissey's popularity among American Latinos. Good article, but comparing Morrissey to Pedro Infante? Puh-leeze.

Well, he did say that "I wish I was born Mexican"---so I would think that makes him honorary brown.
