Today is Dyngus Day, a holiday in Poland that commemorates the baptism of the first Christian leader of Poland,
Prince Mieszko, and also has its roots in a pagan courtship ritual.

Here it is celebrated by Americans of sometimes questionable Polish decent by drinking heavily. This suprises you that Americans would make the holiday into an excuse to drink?
Hasta la proxima. Do zobaczenia.
