This illustration appeared on the Mexican fútbol website Medio Tiempo. Also on that site: Hugo Sánchez seemed to justify Oswaldo Sánchez's attack on Eddie Johnson shortly after Landon Donovan scored against him. Mexican National Team official Guillermo Cantú said that the team needs to change it's attitude, but also refused to condemn Sánchez's behavior. Over on SportsYA, Atlante FC coach José Guadalupe "El Profe" Cruz said that it was time to face up to the fact the Mexicans are no longer the giants of North America.
