Do As I Say...
I had to help two students with their essay writing yesterday. I talked about how important it is to write an outline.
As many of you have no doubt figured out, I hardly ever outline anything before I write.

Outlining is for wimps.
I learned how to do an outline in the sixth grade when we were all taught how to speak in public. I forgot all about it by the time summer was over. Kind of ironic considering I now need to know how to do that.
