The Fans
So, last week I got quoted in both the East Valley Tribune and MLS Net. I am a media god. Or a media whore, I don't know which.
They horribly mispelled my name on MLS Net. They also parsed my quote so I sound like an inarticulate idiot. But, I'll take it. I'm famous and stuff.
New England fans laid claim to a parking area early.
Galaxy fans.
Prairie and Mike. Sometimes Mike shows up on TV when they flash to the Riders section; he's the one with the Mexican wrestling mask. Prairie is responsible for most of the banners that appear at the stadium. You can go to her website and check out the pictures of them.
See, New England fans and Galaxy fans can get along. At least until the game starts.
The traditional glass of wine before the game.
More riders. The guy in the middle is named Rory. Hard to tell here, but his mohawk is dyed Revs blue.
This is Tommy Mack. He is one of the chief instigators of the LA Riot Squad. He also is one of the people who came up with the infamous "blow up doll" stunt at a Chivas USA game. Turns out the other person who helped out with that one was Drew Carey. Yes, that Drew Carey.
Mack is also a minor internet celebrity, being one of the regulars on BartCop, and the host of their internet radio program.
