"Sorry About That, Chief"
Don Adams, who played Maxwell Smart on Get Smart and was the voice of Inspector Gadget, died yesterday in a Los Angeles hospital. He was 82.

The phrase "Cone of Silence" was used a few times in the hyper-hip but nonetheless short lived series Wonderfalls a few years back.
Obviously, Get Smart had long standing impact on our pop culture. Mel Brooks, Buck Henry and Don Adams should all be proud of their brilliant creation.
