Go Spurs, Go!

I recieved a message from Erik, saying "Go Spurs, Go!" I wasn't quite sure what he was talking about, but then I realized I hadn't followed the English Premier League too closely this season.

Tottenham Hotspur finished off the season with 14 wins, 10 losses and 14 draws. That sounds like a great season for them. Go Spurs, Go!

Wait, is there another team named Spurs?

I promise, this is the last mention of the Fantanas. I found out that the ads have actually been running for years, only with a different set of better looking women. Oh, and yes, Slate did an article three years ago in their Ad Watch.

So, Tony and crew are off to the YDA meeting in Detroit. I missed out on going because of lack of money. I was there for a YDA meeting several years ago. Our hotel also had an Indycar convention. Joe Montana was a featured guest. He got real drunk one night. I heard he was at the hotel, but didn't see him yet. I got on the elevator and saw two guys in suits. I was about to press the buttons and noticed that almost all of them were lit, like some smart alecky kid got on and pressed all the buttons. I looked over at the suits and they said in unison, "Montana."

He also showed up at the Young Democrats of Florida hospitality suite. Asked where he was, and he said "That's Great!" Then, he drank some more.

Is Erik going too? I think he's going to really love Detroit soon.

I'm not done reading, I'm on the Nina Trasoff section for now. Try to rest and be happy to come in tomorrow morning with you WONDERFUL students. Continue-- till 2morrow. Very interesting.
